It’s often been said that ‘luck’ is simply preparation waiting for an opportunity. Do we really need to be reminded of the number of opportunities that are available right now in your marketplace? One of the hardest things for me to watch is when an agent either refuses to believe or refuses to see just how much is really going on around them. Make no mistake…. opportunity abounds! Sellers are going to sell, buyers are going to buy, and SOMEONE is going to get paid to get in the middle…. is there any reason why it can’t be YOU several more times this year?

Now, the real question is, ‘what are you doing to be totally prepared for all of these opportunities?’ Think about that for just a moment… How much time have you spent so far this week in intense practice of your presentation, your scripts, your objection handlers, or your closes? Have you spent any time refreshing your market stats, as well as your own personal year-to-date numbers, so that you have the ammunition to make a potential seller positively giddy as they sign the listing agreement on the spot?
